Questions
We treat the security of information provided by users of Employee-Intelligence.com with the utmost security and privacy. Under the UK Data Protection Act 1998, any registered user of our services may order a Subject Access Request, and in response we will disclose all information we hold about you. The information we hold will be the same as you have provided during your registration process and any subsequent information updates you complete as a user of our website.
You may ask for a Subject Access Request by emailing data@vantageinsight.com
You should outline the information you would like access to. A covering charge permitted under the Act of GBP 10.00 may be required dependent on the complexity of your request.
Our Data Controller will examine your email and aim to reply within 7 days in response, either answering your query or seeking information to clarify your request.
We may for instance require additional information to enable judgement be made as to whether the person making the request is the individual to whom the personal data relates. This is to avoid personal data about one individual being sent to another, accidentally or as a result of deception.
We may also ask for information to enable us to find the personal data covered by any request, as we may not be able to comply with the subject access request until we have received this information.
Employee Intelligence complies with the UK Data Protection Act 1998. This privacy policy meets the standards and guidelines contained in the Act. Employee Intelligence is registered under the requirements of the Act, registration number ZA038698.
